Monthly plan · Care + SEO
Maintenance, plus someone actually working on your rankings
Everything the site needs to stay online, and a monthly cycle of technical SEO review, tracking and reporting on top of it — from someone who already knows the site, not a rotating account team.
What the Care + SEO plan is
Care + SEO is a monthly maintenance and SEO plan from NS Web Studio, priced at a fixed €490 a month. It includes everything in the Care plan — hosting, updates, backups, security and an hour of content changes — plus a monthly technical SEO review, keyword and competitor tracking, on-page optimisation of existing pages, AI answer-visibility monitoring, and a written monthly report. It’s billed monthly with no contract and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Fit check
Care + SEO is right for you if…
This sounds like your situation
- Your site already has a solid technical foundation — built by NS Web Studio, or checked with a technical SEO audit first
- You want rankings to keep moving, not just hold where they landed after launch
- You’d rather someone watch AI visibility monthly than notice a year later you’d dropped out of the answers entirely
- You want a report you can actually read, not a 40-page export nobody opens
Skip it if…
- You just want the site to stay online and updated — that’s plain Care at €190
- You want new articles written each month too — that’s the Content Engine
- The site’s technical foundation is genuinely poor and hasn’t been fixed yet — start with a technical SEO audit, this plan maintains a foundation, it doesn’t build one
The honest sequencing point. SEO maintenance on a broken foundation mostly produces a report explaining why nothing moved. If your site wasn’t built by NS Web Studio, mention that in the brief — I’ll usually recommend the audit first, even though it means less monthly revenue for me. A plan that can’t work isn’t worth selling.
The full list
Everything in the €490
Everything in Care, plus a genuine monthly SEO cycle.
What you get
Everything in Care
- Managed hosting, SSL, daily backups
- WordPress, theme and plugin updates
- Security and uptime monitoring
- One hour of content changes a month
Technical SEO
- Monthly technical review: crawl errors, indexation, Core Web Vitals drift, broken links
- On-page optimisation of existing pages as search behaviour shifts
- Schema kept current as pages, prices or offers change
Tracking
- Keyword position tracking for the terms that matter to your business
- Competitor movement flagged when it’s worth knowing about, not every single week
- AI answer-visibility monitoring — whether you’re still appearing when people ask ChatGPT or Perplexity for a recommendation
Reporting
- A monthly written report, in plain English, explaining what moved and why
- Reply within one business day on anything you ask about it
Not included — so nobody is surprised
- New articles or blog content. This plan optimises what exists; new writing is the Content Engine
- New pages. Quoted separately as project work
- Link building. I don’t buy links for anyone — see why on the about page
- Guaranteed rankings. Nobody outside Google controls Google’s results
- Paid ads. I don’t manage these for any client
If a report ever shows nothing moved, it’ll say that plainly, with the likely reason, rather than pad the page with activity that didn’t change anything.
What changes
What ongoing attention actually does
Rankings don’t just sit still
Search results shift constantly — competitors publish, algorithms update, terms drift. A site left alone after launch slowly loses ground it never visibly lost.
You’d know if you dropped out
AI answer visibility isn’t stable either. Monthly monitoring means you find out you’ve slipped from an answer within weeks, not by noticing enquiries quietly dried up.
One person, the whole time
No account handover, no re-explaining the business to someone new every quarter. The person writing the report is the person who built the site.
How it runs
What a typical month looks like
Everything from Care
Updates, backups and monitoring keep running exactly as before — this plan adds to Care, it doesn’t replace how it works.
A technical pass
Once a month, a proper look at crawl health, indexation and on-page details, with fixes applied as I find them rather than saved for a report you’d have to action yourself.
Tracking, not obsessing
Positions and AI visibility are checked continuously, but you’re not getting a daily alert for every one-place ranking wobble. Only what’s actually worth knowing.
A report you’ll read
Sent once a month, written for a human, not exported from a dashboard. What changed, what I did about it, what’s next.
Optional
Things this plan doesn’t cover, if you want them
Upgrade to Content Engine
€890/moEverything above, plus two long-form articles a month and a newsletter — the content that gives SEO tracking something new to actually track.
Worth it if: you know you won’t write new content yourself and the site needs it to grow.
One-off SEO page
€450A single new page written and optimised for a specific search term, outside the monthly cycle.
Worth it if: you have exactly one gap to fill, not an ongoing content need.
Extra language
€600Localised content, hreflang and separate SEO for a second language market.
Worth it if: tracking shows real demand from a market you’re not addressing yet.

Questions
What people ask about Care + SEO
How is this different from plain Care?
Care keeps the site online, updated and secure. Care + SEO does all of that and also actively works on where the site ranks and appears in AI answers — technical review, keyword and competitor tracking, on-page optimisation, and a monthly written report. If nothing about search visibility matters to you, plain Care is the right size and there’s no reason to pay for more.
How is this different from the Content Engine?
Care + SEO optimises what already exists on the site. It doesn’t write anything new. The Content Engine adds two long-form articles a month on top of everything here, because ongoing SEO eventually runs out of existing pages to improve and needs new content to keep growing into. Most sites benefit from Care + SEO first, and add the Content Engine once there’s a reason to expect people would read what gets published.
What does the monthly report actually look like?
A short written summary, not a dashboard screenshot: what changed in rankings and visibility, what I did that month, what I’m planning next, and anything that needs a decision from you. If a month was quiet, the report says so honestly instead of inventing activity to justify the invoice.
Do you guarantee ranking improvements?
No, and I’d be cautious of anyone who does. Google’s own documentation on its ranking systems makes clear how many factors are involved, most of them outside any individual site owner’s control. What this plan guarantees is the work: a genuine monthly technical review, tracked and reported honestly, whichever direction the numbers move.
What if my site wasn’t built by NS Web Studio?
Possible, after a look at how it’s built. Some technical foundations make ongoing SEO genuinely difficult to do properly, and if that’s the case here, I’ll say so and suggest a technical SEO audit first rather than sell you a monthly plan that can’t do much on a weak base.
How does AI visibility monitoring actually work month to month?
A set of prompts your customers would realistically type into ChatGPT or Perplexity gets checked against whether your business appears in the answer. If you drop out of one you were previously appearing in, that’s flagged in the report along with a likely reason and what I’m doing about it. It’s a newer discipline than traditional rank tracking, so the method keeps improving as the search engines themselves do.
