Service · Technical SEO Audit & Fixes
Find out what’s actually stopping Google from seeing you
Not a 40-page PDF you’ll never open. A full crawl of your site, a short written list of what’s genuinely wrong, and the fixes applied — not just described.
What a technical SEO audit is
A technical SEO audit from NS Web Studio is a one-time, fixed-price service costing €650 that covers a full crawl of an existing website, checking indexation, crawl errors, redirect chains, XML sitemap and robots.txt configuration, site structure, and existing schema markup, followed by a prioritised written report and the fixes actually implemented — not just listed. It’s the recommended first step before any ongoing SEO work on a site NS Web Studio didn’t build.
Fit check
This is worth it if…
This sounds like your situation
- Your site is years old and has never had a proper technical review
- Pages you know exist don’t seem to show up in Google and you don’t know why
- You’re considering ongoing SEO work but want to know the foundation is sound first
- Your site wasn’t built by NS Web Studio and you want an honest, independent look at it
Choose something else if…
- The problem is speed, not crawlability — that’s Core Web Vitals rescue
- You want this watched monthly, not checked once — see Care + SEO
- Your site was built by NS Web Studio in the last few months — it’s already been through this standard, you likely don’t need to pay for it again yet
Where this stops and Core Web Vitals starts. Technical SEO covers whether Google can find, crawl and correctly understand your pages. Core Web Vitals covers how fast those pages load once someone gets there. They’re genuinely different problems with different fixes — if your site is slow rather than invisible, you want the other service, and I’ll tell you plainly if that’s what the audit finds.
The full list
Everything in the €650
What you get
Crawl & indexation
- Full site crawl: every page checked for how it’s found and linked
- Indexation review: what’s actually in Google’s index versus what should be, and why the gap exists
- Crawl errors and broken links identified and fixed
- Redirect chains cleaned up — multi-hop redirects that quietly waste crawl budget
Structure
- XML sitemap checked and corrected
- robots.txt reviewed for anything accidentally blocking search or AI crawlers
- Orphan pages found — content that exists but nothing links to
- Internal linking reviewed for obvious structural gaps
Schema
- Existing structured data validated against Google’s Rich Results Test
- Errors and mismatches fixed, including schema that no longer matches visible content
Report
- A short, prioritised written report: what was wrong, what was fixed, what’s worth watching
Not included — so nobody is surprised
- Speed and Core Web Vitals fixes. That’s a separate, focused service — see Core Web Vitals rescue
- New content or copywriting. See SEO copywriting
- Ongoing monitoring. This is a one-time pass; monthly tracking is Care + SEO
- Link building. I don’t buy links for anyone, for reasons explained on the about page
- Guaranteed rankings. This fixes what stops you being found at all — it doesn’t control where you land against competitors
If the audit turns up something outside this scope — a hosting problem, a genuine performance issue — you’ll hear about it plainly, with a separate quote, not a surprise added to this one.
What changes
What “fixed” means here
Fixed, not just flagged
You don’t get a spreadsheet of problems and a bill for finding them. The fixes that are within scope are actually applied before this is called done.
One short report, not forty pages
What was wrong, what changed, what’s worth knowing about. Written to be read in ten minutes, not filed away unopened.
A real foundation for what’s next
Whatever you do afterwards — content, AI visibility work, ongoing SEO — it’s now built on a site Google can actually crawl and understand properly.
How it runs
The four to six days, step by step
-
Days 1–2
Crawl
Full technical crawl of the site: indexation, structure, sitemap, robots.txt, schema. You get a written, prioritised list of what’s actually wrong before anything is changed.
-
Days 3–4
Fixes
Redirects cleaned, sitemap and robots.txt corrected, schema errors fixed, orphan pages linked back in. Applied on staging where possible.
-
Day 5
Verification
Rich Results Test re-run, sitemap resubmitted to Search Console, indexation requested for pages that were missing.
-
Day 6
Handover
The written report: what was found, what was fixed, and anything worth watching going forward.
Pairs well with
What people usually add alongside this
If the audit turns up speed problems too, this is the dedicated fix for that specific layer.
Worth it if: the site is both hard to find and slow once found.
AI visibility setup
€750A crawlable, well-structured site is the foundation this builds on for AI answer engines specifically.
Worth it if: you also want to show up when people ask ChatGPT for a recommendation.
Care + SEO
€490/moThe audit is a one-time fix. This keeps the foundation maintained and works on rankings every month afterwards.
Worth it if: you want the improvement to keep compounding, not just happen once.
Questions
What people ask about the technical SEO audit
What’s the difference between this and the Core Web Vitals service?
This audit covers whether Google can find, crawl and correctly understand your pages — indexation, structure, sitemap, schema. Core Web Vitals rescue covers how fast those pages load once someone actually reaches them. A site can be perfectly crawlable and still slow, or fast and still largely invisible to search — they’re genuinely separate problems, which is why they’re priced and scoped separately.
Will you fix everything you find, or just report it?
Everything within the scope described above gets fixed, not just listed. If the audit turns up something outside that scope — a hosting limitation, a genuine performance issue, a content gap — I’ll tell you plainly and quote it separately rather than either ignore it or fold it in as a surprise.
Can this be done on a site you didn’t build?
Yes — this is actually one of the most common ways people first work with NS Web Studio without a full rebuild. An independent technical review works on essentially any WordPress site, and often on other platforms too, since most of what’s being checked is how the site presents itself to Google rather than how it was built.
Do I need this before starting Care + SEO?
If the site was built by NS Web Studio, no — it’s already been through this standard. If it wasn’t, generally yes. Ongoing SEO work on a site with unresolved indexation or structural problems mostly produces a monthly report explaining why nothing moved, which isn’t a good use of anyone’s money.
What if you find something outside this scope?
You’ll get an honest note about it in the report, with a rough sense of what fixing it would involve, and a separate quote if you’d like to proceed. Nothing gets silently skipped and nothing gets silently added to the bill.
How do you check indexation specifically?
Mainly through Google Search Console, cross-checked against the site’s actual page list, looking for pages that exist but aren’t indexed, and pages that are indexed but shouldn’t be. Google’s own Search Essentials documentation is a good primer if you want to understand the baseline requirements a page has to meet before this even becomes relevant.
