Tell me about your business, what you need and what you’d like your website to achieve. I’ll reply within one business day with a proposal or any questions needed to clarify the scope. The brief and proposal are free, and there’s no obligation to proceed.
How the brief works
The brief helps me understand your business, your audience and the website you need. I’ll review what you send and reply within one business day. If anything needs clarification, we’ll work through it before the scope is finalised. Your proposal sets out the recommended package, deliverables, price in euros, applicable VAT and planned milestones. There’s no charge for the brief or proposal, and you have time to ask questions before deciding. If a smaller package is a better fit, I’ll recommend it.
The brief
Answer what you can. If you don’t know something yet, say so — “not sure” is a perfectly useful answer and it tells me where to help.
About your content and materials. Let me know what you already have: business information, photographs, a logo or existing text. Copywriting included in your package is part of my work, so you don’t need polished website copy to enquire. Before the project begins, I’ll confirm what I need from you and how materials and approvals affect the delivery schedule.

Before you fill it in
Does sending the brief commit me to anything?
No. The brief is free, the proposal is free, and nothing is owed unless you sign the proposal and pay a deposit. Plenty of people send a brief, read the reply, and decide the timing isn’t right. That’s a normal outcome and I’d rather you reached it before paying than after.
What if I don’t know which package I need?
Choose “not sure” and describe your business and goals. I’ll recommend a package based on the scope you need, and explain why it fits. If a smaller package would serve you just as well, the proposal will say so.
Can I send you my existing site instead of describing everything?
Yes. Include your website address and a short note about what you’d like to improve. I’ll review the available information and let you know whether a focused fix or a rebuild looks more appropriate. If a detailed audit is needed, its scope and cost will be agreed before any paid work begins.
What happens to my information?
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. It is not sold or added to a marketing list without your permission. The privacy policy explains which service providers process information and how it is handled. If the enquiry does not become a project, the brief is deleted after twelve months. How can I ask questions before deciding?
You’re welcome to ask questions before completing the brief or accepting a proposal. Use the contact page or email info@nswebstudio.com to get in touch. You’ll work directly with me to clarify your goals, the recommended scope and the next steps, with a reply within one business day. Agreed prices, deliverables and changes are documented so you have a clear reference throughout the project.
