Service · AI Visibility Setup
Get found when people ask AI instead of Google
A growing number of your customers now ask ChatGPT or Perplexity for a recommendation before they ever open a search results page. This makes your site legible to those systems — and tells you, honestly, whether it’s working.
What AI visibility setup is
AI visibility setup is a one-time, fixed-price service from NS Web Studio, priced at €750, that makes an existing website legible to AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews. It covers answer-first content blocks, full entity and organisation schema, FAQ markup matched to visible content, Bing and IndexNow configuration, and a written baseline report showing where your business currently appears — and doesn’t — when people ask for a recommendation. It’s included automatically in the Growth and Commerce packages, and available on its own for existing sites.
Fit check
This is worth it if…
This sounds like your situation
- Your customers are the kind who now ask ChatGPT before they Google — and you genuinely don’t know if you show up
- You already have a reasonably solid website — this restructures what’s there, it doesn’t write new pages
- You want an honest baseline before spending more, not a guess
- You’re comfortable that this is new ground — the discipline itself is young, and measurement will keep improving as the search engines do
Skip it, or do something else first, if…
- Your site’s basic technical SEO isn’t sorted yet — get a technical SEO audit first, this builds on it
- You need new pages written, not existing ones restructured — that’s SEO copywriting
- You want this watched and adjusted monthly rather than set up once — see Care + SEO
- Your site wasn’t built by NS Web Studio and hasn’t been checked — possible, but needs a quick compatibility look first
The honest expectation to set. This makes your business genuinely easier for AI systems to find, understand and quote correctly. It does not guarantee you’ll appear in any specific answer — nobody outside those companies controls what gets surfaced, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing along with everyone else.
The full list
Everything in the €750
What you get
Content restructuring
- Answer-first blocks added to key pages — self-contained paragraphs an AI system can quote directly, rather than content spread thin across a page
- Existing copy reviewed for fact density: specific, checkable statements instead of vague marketing language
Structured data
- Full entity schema: Organization, Person and Service markup that clearly identifies who you are and what you do
- FAQ schema added only where it matches visible on-page content word for word — no mismatched or invented markup
- Everything validated against Google’s Rich Results Test before handover
Discovery
- Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow connected, since a large share of AI answer engines draw on Bing’s index rather than Google’s
- robots.txt checked to make sure AI crawlers aren’t accidentally blocked
The baseline report
- A tracked list of realistic prompts your customers would type into ChatGPT or Perplexity
- Whether your business currently appears in each one, checked and dated
- A written note on what changed and why, so you have a fixed starting point to compare against later
Not included — so nobody is surprised
- New page content. This restructures what exists; writing new pages is SEO copywriting
- Ongoing monitoring. This is a one-time setup; monthly tracking is Care + SEO
- A guarantee of appearing in any answer. Nobody can sell you that honestly
- Paid placement or sponsored mentions. I don’t broker these for anyone, and most AI systems don’t currently sell them anyway
- Redesign or new visual work. This is structural and technical, not visual
If your site’s foundation genuinely can’t support this — broken markup, no crawlable structure — I’ll tell you before taking your money, not after.
What changes
What “AI visibility” actually means in practice
Quotable, not just readable
AI systems extract self-contained answers rather than reading a whole page the way a person does. Content written to be quoted directly is far more likely to be quoted at all.
One clearly defined entity
Structured data that tells a system exactly who you are, what you do and where, rather than leaving it to infer from prose. Ambiguity is the most common reason a legitimate business gets skipped.
A baseline you can actually check
Not a promise, a dated record: here’s what appeared when we asked, here’s what changed after the work. You can verify every line of it yourself.
How it runs
The five to seven days, step by step
-
Days 1–2
Audit
I read the site the way an AI system would parse it: where the answers are buried, where structured data is missing or wrong, where the entity itself is unclear. You get a short written list before anything changes.
-
Day 3
Baseline
A set of realistic prompts is checked against where you currently stand, before any work is applied, so the “before” is real and dated rather than assumed.
-
Days 4–5
Implementation
Answer blocks rewritten, schema added and validated, Bing and IndexNow connected. Everything checked against Google’s Rich Results Test before it’s called done.
-
Days 6–7
Report and handover
The written baseline report, a plain list of what changed on the site, and anything I’d recommend next — delivered, not just implied.
Pairs well with
What people usually add alongside this
Care + SEO
€490/moThe setup is one-time; the visibility landscape isn’t static. This tracks it monthly instead of leaving the baseline to age.
Worth it if: you want to know the month you drop out of an answer, not find out a year later.
SEO copywriting
€450/pageThis restructures what exists. If the audit turns up a genuine content gap, this is where the new page comes from.
Worth it if: the baseline shows a question you simply don’t have a page for.
Technical SEO audit
€650If crawlability or indexing is genuinely broken, fixing that first makes everything else here work properly.
Worth it if: you’re not sure your site’s foundation can support this yet.
Questions
What people ask about AI visibility
Is this the same thing as SEO?
Related, not identical. Traditional SEO optimises for ranking in a list of links. AI visibility optimises for being extracted and quoted directly inside a generated answer, which rewards different things: self-contained factual statements, clean entity-level structured data, and clarity over keyword placement. A site can rank well and still be invisible to AI answers, or the reverse.
Can you guarantee we’ll appear in ChatGPT or Perplexity answers?
No, and I wouldn’t trust anyone who says yes. Which sources get surfaced is decided entirely inside those companies, using methods they don’t fully publish, and it changes as their systems change. What I can guarantee is that the technical and structural reasons a legitimate business gets overlooked are fixed properly, and you get an honest, dated record of where you stood before and after.
Do you need admin access to my site, and for how long?
Yes, WordPress admin access for the working period, generally the five to seven days this takes. I don’t need it kept open afterwards unless you’re also on a Care plan, and I’ll tell you exactly what was changed so nothing is a mystery once you’re back in full control.
How do you decide which prompts to track in the baseline?
From what you tell me about how customers actually describe their problem, plus the terms your competitors are already being recommended for. It’s a working list, not a fixed formula — if a term turns out to be the wrong one, we adjust it rather than keep tracking something nobody actually asks.
Will this work on a site you didn’t build?
Often, yes, after a short look at the site first. What matters is whether the underlying markup and structure are sound enough to build on. If they’re not, I’ll say so and recommend a technical SEO audit first rather than layer this on top of a broken foundation. Google’s own introduction to structured data is a useful read if you want to understand what “sound markup” actually means before we start.
How is this different from what’s already in the Growth package?
It’s exactly the same work. Growth and Commerce include this setup as part of a new build, applied to pages that are being designed and written from scratch anyway. This version is for an existing site that isn’t being rebuilt — the same standard, applied to what’s already there instead of to new pages.
