One page, written to answer one thing properly

Not a rewrite of what’s already ranking. A page researched against real search demand, written around a single target term, and handed over ready to publish — no placeholder text, no filling in the blanks yourself.

What SEO copywriting is

SEO copywriting at NS Web Studio is a one-time, fixed-price service costing €450 per page. It covers researching what’s currently ranking for a specific search term, writing a page of 800 to 1,500 words built around that term and the actual questions people ask around it, structuring it with proper headings and internal link suggestions, drafting the meta title and description, and one round of revisions. It’s included automatically in the Business, Growth and Commerce packages, and available on its own for adding a page to an existing site.

Fit check

This is worth it if…

This sounds like your situation

  • You’ve spotted one specific gap — a service, a location, a question — your current site doesn’t have a page for
  • You know what you want written about, you just don’t want to write it, or don’t trust yourself to write it for search
  • You want one page done properly rather than a content plugin churning out something generic
  • Your site already has somewhere sensible for the new page to live and be linked from

Choose something else if…

  • You need several pages regularly, not one occasionally — the Content Engine works out cheaper per page and keeps momentum going
  • You’re not sure what to write about at all — start with a technical SEO audit or AI visibility setup to find the actual gaps first
  • You need the page designed, not just written — that’s project work, quoted with the copy included
  • Your site doesn’t have anywhere for a new page to sit yet — that’s a structural conversation before it’s a writing one

One honest note on volume. A single strong page rarely moves a whole site’s visibility on its own. This works best as one deliberate piece of a plan, not a one-off attempt to “do some SEO” and see what happens.

Everything in the €450

What you get

Research

  • Target term identified and checked against what’s currently ranking for it
  • The real questions people ask around that term, not assumptions
  • A quick look at what competing pages cover well and where they fall short

Writing

  • 800 to 1,500 words, sized to what the topic genuinely needs — not padded to hit a number
  • Written in your voice, from a brief about your business, not a generic template
  • Structured with proper headings that make it scannable, not a wall of text

On-page setup

  • Meta title and description drafted and ready for Yoast
  • Internal link suggestions, both from this page to others and back
  • Basic FAQ block where the topic genuinely has common questions

Revision

  • One consolidated revision round included — send your feedback in one pass and it’s applied in full

Not included — so nobody is surprised

  • Page design or build. This is copy; adding it to a live, designed page is separate
  • More than one revision round. Additional rounds are €90 each, agreed before I start
  • Ongoing content. For a steady stream, the Content Engine is priced lower per page
  • Photography or original images. I’ll flag where an image would help; sourcing it is separate
  • Guaranteed rankings. One page, however good, competes in a market I don’t control

If your brief turns out to need three pages instead of one, I’ll say so and quote accordingly rather than cram three topics into a page that should be doing one job.

What changes

What “researched” actually means here

1

One term, not five

A page trying to rank for everything usually ranks for nothing. This is built around a single, specific target, with related phrases worked in naturally around it.

?

Answers real questions

The structure comes from what people actually ask about the topic, checked before writing starts — not a guess at what might be useful.

Wired into the rest of the site

Internal link suggestions mean the new page isn’t an island. It sends and receives relevance from pages that already exist.

How it runs

The three to five days, step by step

  1. Day 1

    Brief and research

You tell me what the page needs to cover and who it’s for. I check the target term against what’s currently ranking and what questions people actually ask around it.

  2. Days 2–3

    Draft

The full page, written and structured, with the meta title and description and internal link suggestions included. Delivered as a document, not buried in an email.

  3. Day 4

    Revision

Send your feedback in one pass. It’s applied in full — this is the included round, not a negotiation over how many changes count.

  4. Day 5

    Handover

Final copy delivered, ready to paste into WordPress. If you’d like me to publish it directly, that’s a quick add-on, not a separate project.

What people usually add alongside this

Content Engine

€890/mo

If one page turns into “actually, I need this regularly,” the retainer works out to roughly half the per-page cost.

Worth it if: this is the first of several pages you can already see coming.

A new page written well still needs to be structured for AI answer engines to find and quote it correctly.

Worth it if: the new page is meant to answer a question people now ask AI assistants.

Great copy on a page Google can’t crawl properly doesn’t get far. This checks the foundation the new page will sit on.

Worth it if: you’re not sure the rest of the site is in good technical shape.

Questions

What people ask about SEO copywriting

How many words is a page, exactly?

Between 800 and 1,500, depending on what the topic genuinely needs to be covered properly. A simple service page might land near the shorter end; a page answering a complex question people research carefully will run longer. I won’t pad a short topic to hit a number, and I won’t compress a big one to save time.

Can I ask for more than one revision?

One consolidated round is included — send everything you’d like changed in one pass and it’s applied in full, no per-comment nickel-and-diming. If you’d like a second round after that, it’s €90, agreed before I start rather than added afterwards.

Do you also design the page, or just write the copy?

Just the copy, delivered ready to place into an existing, designed page. If the page itself needs to be built from scratch — new layout, new section design — that’s project work with the copywriting folded into the price, not a separate purchase on top of this.

Will this page rank on its own?

It’ll be built properly, which is the part I control. Whether it ranks also depends on your site’s overall authority, how competitive the term is, and what else is already winning that space — none of which one page can override by itself. Google’s guidance on E-E-A-T is a good primer on what search engines are actually weighing beyond the words on the page.

Can you write for a site you didn’t build?

Yes — copywriting doesn’t require the same structural access that technical SEO or maintenance work does. I’ll still ask for the URL so the page fits the existing tone and structure, but this is one of the easier services to add to a site NS Web Studio has never touched.

What if I need several pages at once?

Say so in the brief and I’ll quote the batch together — the research phase often overlaps across related pages, which usually means a small saving compared to ordering them one at a time. Five pages or more regularly is usually better value as the Content Engine instead.

Tell me what the page needs to answer

The topic, the target term if you already have one, and a link to where it’ll live on your site. Ten minutes on the brief, a written proposal within one business day.
